Who's the King of the Castle?Campaign RulesEach player shall select 2 warbands to play. Each such warband will be created with a 500 GC purse, and one rabbit's foot to distribute amongst its members. The tournament will take the form of a round-robin style play interspersed with multiplayer flavour games. Each warband must play each other warband in a best of 3* match before the end of the campaign. After each warband has played against every other warband once, a multi-player game shall be played. This gives an equalization opportunity to warbands that are falling behind the win/loss curve. Order of Games
Add additional Round-Robin rounds seperated by Multi-games to extend the campaign as desired. Matches between warbands should be best of X where X is an odd number. I.E. Best of 3, best of 5, best of 7... The winner of this is the warband with the most combined warband rating and victory points combined. Should we repeat this campaign with another round, the winner of the first must vie with the winner of the second campaign in a FFA game. (Should the two winning warbands be superceded in victory points+warband rating by a runner up warband during this game, that newly escalated warband is deemed to have Darwinian Providence on their side.) *Best of 3 matches may be changed to best of X matches with a majority vote of the players at any time, should they decide that they are having too much fun, or wish to continue playing their current selected warbands longer. |
