It tastes like Burning!A freak storm has blown through the city while your warbands were out searching a new area of the ruined city. As the first drops fall you note the acidic burn of the polluted storm. TerrainEach Player takes a turn placing a piece of terrain. We suggest that the terrain is set up within an area roughly 4’x 4’. SetupAll players roll a D6 to see who deploys first. The player rolling highest sets up first, within 8" of the table edge of his choice. His/her opponent(s) then sets up within 8" of the opposite edge. Starting the GameRoll a D6. The player rolling highest has the first turn.Special RulesOnce terrain is placed each warband will place D3 Wyrdstone shards on the table. Each player will take a turn placing shards, note this is before warband placement is determined. The shards must be at least 16" away from the table edge and 6" away from each other. A warrior must spend one round pulling the shard out of the muddy ground/building. A warrior can carry any amount of shards and if taken OOA drops the shards where he fell. A warrior who carries a shard off the board keeps it for their warband. It BURNS! The water is polluted and acidic. At the start of a players round any warband member in an unenclosed area (open road, alley, uncovered building) takes a Strength 1 wound. During the game any model that falls down will take a Strength 1 wound as they become drenched in the water covered ground, after the resolution of events that caused them to fall in the first place. Does not affect a model on a round it is going from stunned to knocked down or knocked down to standing up. No save allowed. Ending the GameThe game end immediately when only one warband/alliance is left, either through routing or total defeat. Any unclaimed wyrdstone are lost. Experience
